1. Agreement

By using Dog Training Steps (the "Site"), including our free PDF and emails, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Costa Launch LLC ("we," "us").

2. Educational content only

Our plans, guides and emails are general educational information about training everyday manners in pet dogs. They are not veterinary, medical or behavioral advice, and they do not replace a visit to your veterinarian or work with a certified professional trainer who can see your dog. Every dog is different, and we do not promise any particular result.

3. Safety and assumption of risk

Working with animals involves risk. You are responsible for the safety of your dog, yourself and the people and animals around you. Use a leash and secure doors and gates when training near traffic, supervise games and chews, and stop if your dog seems stressed, tired or in pain. If your dog shows aggression, intense fear or a sudden change in behavior, stop and consult your veterinarian or a certified professional before you continue. You use our content at your own risk.

4. Affiliate links and third party sites

Some links on the Site and in our emails are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. 5. Free guide and intellectual property

Site text, the free PDF, layout and branding are owned by Costa Launch LLC. You may download and print the PDF for personal use with your own dog. You may not republish, resell or distribute the PDF or substantial parts of the Site without our written permission. You are welcome to share a link to our home page.

6. Emails

If you sign up, you agree to receive our emails, which include the free plan, training tips and occasional product recommendations. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

7. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that our content is free of errors, that any training method will produce a particular result with your dog, or that prices mentioned are current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Costa Launch LLC and its members, officers and agents are not liable for any personal injury, injury to animals, property damage, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our plans or third party products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Costa Launch LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
